Property Description

The subject lands are located at 12862 and 12668 Dixie Road, located at the south-west corner of Dixie Road and Old School Road.

  • Town File Number(s): POPA 21-04 and RZ 21-06
  • Project Name: Armstrong Planning and Project Management on behalf of Tribal Partners Canada Inc.

The Town of Caledon is in receipt of the above-mentioned applications to facilitate the development of an industrial park consisting of three industrial buildings with a combined area of 369,045.12 square metres (3,972,368.61 square feet).

 Official Plan Amendment 

The Official Plan Amendment proposes to include the lands within the settlement boundary and redesignate the lands from Prime Agricultural Area to General Industrial Area.

 Zoning By-law Amendment 
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the lands from Agricultural (A1) and Environmental Policy Area 2 Zone (EPA2) to Serviced Industrial – Exception XXX (MS-XXX) with site specific permissions and Environmental Policy Area 1 Zone (EPA 1) to implement the proposed development.
